CHS – Northwest Medical Center Tucson Bridge Staffing Overview
HOSPITAL ISSUE
Northwest Medical Center was given 30 days cancellation notice in October of 2024 by their outsourced anesthesia management company. The CEO of Northwest Medical Center reached out to ARK Staffing to assist in their recruitment efforts to transition the program from an outsourced anesthesia group to an internal program operated by the CHS Medical Group. ARK Staffing filled all their needs within 7 business days.
Solution:
ARK Staffing leveraged our extensive network of anesthesiologists and CRNA’s within the Arizona marketplace. ARK was able to provide 11 anesthesia clinicians that could start within the first month of the program transition.
How did it Work?
The CEO of CHS Northwest Medical Center, Brian Sinotte, had heard about ARK Staffing and our sister company, CRNA Together through a previous success Bridge Program we did at the UMC Banner Medical Center.
Brian contacted Patrick Moore, Owner of ARK Staffing asking if we can help them on short notice with clinicians that could start in November of 2024. Patrick presented the “Bridge Program” outline and best practices methods to Brian and the CHS Corporate Anesthesia Medical Group leadership team. The CHS Medical Group approved and within less than five business days ARK Staffing had eleven anesthesia clinicians committed to the bridge program to work at least for 90 days or greater for CHS Northwest Medical Center.
