about our profit sharing
Every CRNA that works with us is eligible for a profit-sharing percentage paid out at the completion of each fiscal quarter. No, your eyes aren’t deceiving you. And, no, you don’t make less on your assignment to accommodate for it.
AT CRNA Together, we wanted to create something truly special and entirely unique: a recruiting partner for traveling CRNA’s that shares in the profits of working together. But this isn’t some marketing gimmick—far from it. We’ve started this industry-changing concept because we’re invested in building long-term relationships with our candidates to better provide short- and long-term solutions to our clients.
Our profit-sharing plan comes at no additional cost to our clients or CRNA’s. You’ll make the same rate you would working with any other firm plus a fiscal quarterly profit-sharing bonus.
