CRNA Together is founded and led by industry mainstay Patrick Moore. After dedicating 20 years to recruiting across the healthcare industry, Patrick noticed a need for a niche, highly-specialized firm dedicated solely to CRNA staffing.
From the beginning, Patrick felt it was critical to provide an option for CRNAs to take ownership in their work, which is why CRNA Together has and always will offer profit sharing to every professional we place. This quality of our business creates a strong sense of team and fully embodies Patrick’s mission to provide recruiting services built on relationships rather than transactions for all parties involved.
MEGAN LYNCH, BSN, BA

Megan is a former RN with multiple years of hospital and outpatient nurse experience and managerial experience. She’s been successful for over five years in healthcare staffing because of her nursing experience and leadership attributes. Megan is a natural connector. She listens to people and develops a genuine trust and relationship with all our clients and anesthesia providers. She’s highly organized and always is willing to solve problems.
LUKE HAMMOND
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Luke has been a well accomplished CRNA and Anesthesia Services Account Executive and Director of Business Development for over the past five years. Luke is well connected within the anesthesia and CRNA community. Luke’s experience and success can be attributed to his natural ability to listen to people and help solve their problems with real, accountable solutions.
MARIAH MCINTYRE
DIRECTOR OF CREDENTIALING
Mariah has nearly a decade of experience in credentialing and medical staff office relations. She brings nearly four years of leadership experience as a Director of credentialing. Mariah loves to spend time with her husband, their young daughter and her extended family.
KATHY DANE
ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
Kathy has over five years of healthcare staffing accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable experience and leads a growing department that is vital for both the future and growth of CRNA Together but also our clients as well. Kathy is an amazing communicator and connects well and manages the hundreds of invoices we process each month. Our clients love Kathy and her team’s attention to detail, and her consistent relationship driven approach with them.
