At CRNA Together, we wanted to create something truly special and entirely unique: a recruiting partner for traveling CRNAs that shares in the profits of working together. Over the years, we’ve curated a network of key relationships with leading organizations across the country. We’ll work closely with you to identify the ideal opportunity for your life and career, and, at the end of each year, you’ll also be eligible to earn a profit-sharing percentage.
It’s important to note that our profit-sharing plan comes at no additional expense to you—you’ll make the same rate for your work that you would if you partnered with any other firm plus a fiscal quarterly profit-sharing percentage. Additionally, for transparency’s sake, everyone we place is also provided an annual audit for a detailed look at the year’s financials.
